TurboTomate provides AI search visibility research, diagnostic, content, authority, and measurement services for B2B SaaS companies. Any paid engagement begins only after a written scope, commercial terms, and delivery plan are agreed.

Nature of the service

AI answer engines are third-party systems. Their outputs may change without notice. TurboTomate does not guarantee a particular ranking, citation, recommendation, revenue outcome, or response from an AI model.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of supplied product, legal, pricing, and technical information, and for approving work before publication where that approval is included in the agreed scope.

Engagement terms

Diagnostics and sprints are defined in an engagement-specific proposal. For the 90-day sprint, ongoing work is month-to-month after the initial 90-day period unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
